On August 10, 1988, a dream began with a team of professionals eager to do things right, aiming to establish a construction company based on ethical principles and striving to achieve high-quality products. Tecinci started its operations with three partners and two employees.
The first service stations for the BR, Esso, and Shell brands are executed. Since then, 37 service stations have been constructed, expanding to other brands such as Texaco and Petrobras.
The first agro-industrial works commence with the construction of seed warehouses, storage facilities, and silos.
The 'Piazza Italia' apartment building is delivered, the first real estate venture of its own and the first high-rise building executed by TECINCI. Currently, more than 150,000 square meters of high-rise buildings have been completed.
With a focus on quality in mind, in 1998, we began the process of aligning our organization with a certified quality system. Thus, in 1999, Tecinci became the first Paraguayan construction company to obtain ISO 9000 quality certification.
Tecinci satisfactorily delivers the Paraguayan headquarters of the Inter-American Development Bank, a pioneering project in the field of installations with intelligent systems.
The construction of repeater stations, including antenna installations and civil works, is carried out for the mobile phone companies 'Personal' and 'Tigo,' totaling 64 sites across the country.
TECINCI begins the construction of supermarkets, becoming one of the sectors with the highest volume of work for the company in the following 10 years.
A significant investment is made in equipment to simultaneously undertake the construction of 5 high-rise buildings, totaling 45,000 square meters of covered space.
TECINCI celebrates its first 30 years, being one of the most enduring Paraguayan construction companies over time.

We prioritize working in a safe environment, minimizing the possibility of accidents. Our sites are staffed with safety professionals who train personnel, assess risks, implement appropriate measures, and monitor the use of specific tools for each task.
We have made significant investments in state-of-the-art equipment to achieve maximum efficiency. We own a covered area of 1000 m² on a 2500 m² plot of land where we manage our equipment. Additionally, we have a department exclusively responsible for coordinating shipments and equipment maintenance with our worksites.
